At the Magic Mountain House we like to create incredibly connected and magical experiences through the mind, body and soul. This month we have yoga led by Kasey Smith, breathwork by Stephanie Kwong, and DJ Chris Long will be playing beats throughout the day. Here's a rundown of the schedule: 12pm: Arrival 12:30-1:45pm: Yoga by Kasey Smith 1:45pm-2pm: Break for water/tea 2-3pm: Breathwork by Stephanie Kwong 3-4pm: Food and refreshments will be served Your ticket in includes, yoga, breathwork and a light nourishing meal.
